There are two accounts in Accziom:


Business Account

A business account is for Australian businesses providing services needing contractual arrangements. Learn more


It has the following features:


  • Setup services and service bundles
  • Import existing and prospective client records
  • Synchronise with your accounting package for:
    • Client records
    • Sending invoices
  • Connect to the Stripe payment gateway to set direct debit payments (not mandatory)
  • Setup agreement templates
  • Setup service scope/terms of service templates
  • Setup billing structures
  • Send proposals to existing clients or prospects
  • Offer services via the Accziom portal to your clients
  • Digital signature on contracts from both parties
  • Non-editable archive of contracts

Business accounts incur a monthly fee of $4.95 AUD.


Client account  

Client accounts are linked to a single business account. So, a business needs to invite a prospect or existing client to the Accziom platform. A client account can't stand alone.


It has the following features:

  • Receive, read and digitally sign proposals from the business
  • Setup your account details for direct debit payments
  • View and order services published by the business on the services

Client accounts are free.
