The Home page, or business dashboard, is a place where you perform these two main tasks:

• Sign contracts
• Mark individual services as done

Signing Contracts

Contracts signed by the client will appear in the inbox and be ready for you to countersign.

When you sign a contract, the client will receive an email confirmation that the contract has been signed. 

The final signature date is also the contract commencement date.

Note:

• When one party signs a contract, it is no longer editable.
• Once both parties sign a contract, cancellation needs to be confirmed by both parties
• Once a contract is cancelled, Accziom will issue no further invoices and process no further payments.

Marking services as done

The 'in progress' section shows all contracts with unfinished services. Once a service is marked as done, it will disappear from the list.

Once all services are marked as done, the contract will disappear from the 'in progress' section. 

Depending on the contract's billing setup, marking services as 'done' may trigger an invoice or direct debit payment.
