Proposals is the services that sent by a Business account to the Client


Scenario: Doe Accounting Firm sent a proposal to client "Pink Beads" 

 "Pink Beads" accepted the proposal from "Doe Accounting", they can now start viewing the proposal, pricing, engagement letter. And, sign in order for the job to proceed.

The "client", can now update their details.

Cancelling a contract

The client can request to cancel a contract once it has started. It is best if the client discusses with the business first. 

All original signatories must agree to cancel via the client portal; then, the business is asked to allow the cancellation. If the business triggers a cancellation, then all original signatories must agree to it via the client portal.

Notes:

  • If there is more than one Signatory, the first person to sign must also set up the payment if direct debit is active.
  • Once all parties have signed, the business must countersign. Clients will be emailed, and the contract will start.
