• Pre-Services 

These are system configured services that you can load to save you having to create your own lost of services. You can easily reconfigure the system services you select to load.

• Service Scope

The scopes or legal terms you choose to associate with specific services. The scope is maintained as a separate template from the service because if you want to include multiple services that share a scope, you don't want clients to have to re-read the same scope after each service description  in the final proposal.

• Engagement Letters

 These templates layout your overall engagement terms above and beyond the scopes and service details. Engagement letters are like terms and conditions that relate to how you do business in general.

• Email Templates

Preloaded email templates are available for all three functions delivered by the platform including - Onboarding, Proposals and Briefings.

Email Templates usually include your business signature and perhaps a standard introduction. These are used when sending proposals to clients.

• Reminders

Reminders are timeframe configurations that will trigger reminder emails for the three functions i.e. Onboarding, Proposals and Briefings, in case clients forget to deal with the given request.
