Notifications: Proposals
Notifications are auto-generated in relation to proposals.
If the client is not in your accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero) at the time the client signs, the auto-countersign will fail as it will be necessary to open the proposals as signed by the client and manually either select the correct contact in your accounting software in order to establish the mapping so the invoice can be sent, or click to add the Accziom client as a contact into the accounting software.
Notifications: Clients
Notifications are generated in response to a client joining the Accziom platform. Clients will join the platform if you elect for this to happen during the client onboarding flow. See Onboarding video here
Notifications: Payments
Notifications are generated in response to initiation of an invoice and if used in the deal, a Stripe payment.
Notifications: Issues
Notifications are generated in response to System failures i.e. The QuickBooks Online or Xero Connection is lost and needs to be reestablished.
Notifications: Archive
Notifications can be archived.
