Before Exporting from LodgeiT to Accziom.

For best results, review your client list in LodgeiT before exporting. 

Keep the following in mind:

• Email address – This serves as the primary identifier for the Contact’s CRM record in Accziom.

• Mobile number – Every Contact must have a mobile number for two-factor authentication (2FA).

• Contact vs. Client records – Unlike LodgeiT, Accziom stores Contact records separately from Client records. This allows a single Contact to be linked to proposals for any associated Client, including companies.

Import process – The accompanying video demonstrates how to import from LodgeiT and resolve conflicts during the process.
