"Financials" is a section to record the invoices that have been sent. 


Note: Invoices are sent every two hours from 9am to 6pm. This list will update automatically once invoices are marked as paid or void in your accounting system or when a direct debit is processed.


The Financial Module allows you to track:


Upcoming Invoices - all future dated invoices reflect here. Invoices will reflect with their planned method of payment - direct debit or manual. Manual payments must be applied against the invoice in QuickBooks Online or Xero.



Invoiced - Once invoices are generated, they will sit in this colum either until the auto direct debit processes when they will move to the Paid column or if they fail to collect.

If failed, they will sit as failed until you retry using the Retry button available via the 3 dots next to the invoice. Or, if they are set up as manual invoices, then they will remain in the column.


Paid - Invoices move to this column when direct debits are auto-applied by the system to the invoice in  QuickBooks Online or Xero.
