Proposals are made out to a certain Client. The Client will have one or more authorised signatories who exist in the system as Contacts. If a Proposal is sent to a human client, it's likely that the human Client also has a Contact record.

Proposal Details: 



1. The invitation email which lays out the proposal recipient i.e. the legal entity to whom the proposal is addressed.

2. Signatory or signatories whom are expected to sign the proposal.

3. Proposal name the name given to the proposal by the service provider or firm.

4. Invoice Recipient - the Contact associated with the Client to whom invoices will be emailed. This is because the signatories may well be different people to the invoice recipients.

5. Subject - The email subject header. 

6. Content - Content of the email regarding the proposal. Note, this can be constructed using email templates so it can be reused.

7. Onboard Client - turn toggle on if the objective is for the Contact to secure a Accziom Portal Login for future access. Don't turn this on if there is a chance the Contact will forget the method they use to access the Portal.

8. Bill this proposal via Accziom - disable if you prefer not to use use the Accziom billing module and trigger invoices via your software. Use this in the case you want to send a timebilling proposal to the client. Also, in case you are sending time billing proposals, be sure to not include fixed fees on the Services under Servcies.

9. Automatically counter-sign the proposal -Toggle off if you always want to handle the countersign manually.
