BECS Enabled in Stripe Dashboard but Disabled on Accziom Platform
Prompt: BECS is Disabled
This guide helps you check why BECS appears enabled inside your Stripe dashboard but shows as disabled on Accziom . The most common cause is that the Stripe account you are logged into via your browser differs from the account connected to Acczziom. This often happens if you have multiple Stripe accounts or switch between them.
Please follow these steps to confirm and correct your Stripe account setup:
1. Verify Your Logged-In Stripe Account
Log in to Stripe through your browser.
Locate the account name displayed at the top left corner of the Stripe dashboard.
Take a screenshot of this area and share it with us.
2. Check Your Linked Stripe Accounts
Navigate in Stripe to: Settings > Personal settings > Personal details.
Scroll down to the bottom of that page.
You will see a list of Stripe accounts associated with your login. Take a screenshot of this list and share to us.
Mentioned to Accziom support team your account ID (the account connected to our platform).
Then, once the Account ID is confirmed (should be similar in Accziom), switch to it by clicking on the account in the list.
3. Confirm Your Payment Configuration
After switching to the correct account, go to: Settings > Product settings > Payments > Payment methods.
Our platform uses the Default payment option.
Click on the Default payment method.
Check that BECS is set up and enabled within this configuration.
Following these steps helps ensure that you are using the right Stripe account that is properly connected and configured for BECS payments on Accziom.
