"Contracts" is a section to monitor client engagements in a digital flow, where proposals are created and offered.

Contracts become contracts by being signed by service vendor (firm/service provider ) and service buyer (the client). Before becoming a Contract, the state is defined as a Proposal. Proposals are sent to the client who signs the Proposal. The firm will also sign the Proposal and it becomes a Contract at that point.
